Embarking on a New Journey: My Role as CGI U Deputy Director of Impact and Design at the Clinton Foundation

After an enriching journey of 11 years in the Educational Programs Department at the Clinton Presidential Center, I am transitioning into a new role. I have accepted the position of the Deputy Director of Impact and Design at the Clinton Global Initiative University (CGI U).

CGI U is a community of ambitious young leaders dedicated to finding innovative solutions to the world's most pressing challenges. The opportunity to contribute in such a significant capacity to this dynamic group is incredibly inspiring and a challenging step forward in promoting civic engagement within higher education.

A central part of my work will involve the CGI U Commitment Mentor Program. I will be privileged to guide and support our commitment makers, providing personalized experiences to catalyze their impactful work. Additionally, I'll manage our vast portfolio of student projects, ensuring the success of over 12,000 student initiatives from inception to execution.

Furthermore, an essential aspect of my role will be the communication of our student's successes. In collaboration with the Clinton Foundation's marketing and communication team, I'll be crafting narratives that highlight the accomplishments of our CGI U students and commitment-makers. We aim to inspire others with these stories and nurture a growing community dedicated to making a positive difference in the world.

In this journey, I carry the lessons from my past role and the enthusiasm to dive into the new. I look forward to the challenges, the learnings, and the impact we can create together. This new chapter offers a fantastic opportunity to shape the future, and I am thrilled to be a part of it.

If the exciting work we do at CGI U resonates with you and you believe it could benefit students in your network, I encourage you to subscribe and reach out. Let's explore together how we can make a greater impact.

Thank you for your continued support as I embark on this exciting journey. View my bio.
